Intercultural communication in today’s working environment is complex. However, diversity is an asset and provides a competitive advantage in the corporate world. This workshop will help you explore this complexity, while helping you to further your knowledge on intercultural sensitivity. A must-have to advance your career!

 

Speakers:

Covadonga González Pujol | freelance trainer

  • Covadonga González Pujol is a Spanish native from Madrid to study in Thuringia. After working for the regional state development agency in Erfurt where she guided international students and young professionals to master their career entries in Germany, she moved to Berlin for a new job opportunity at an international university.

Joanna Pawlaczek | intercultural trainer and mediator

  • Joanna Pawlaczek has held different positions in companies across Germany revolving around intercultural organizational development. In this capacity, she consults and supports companies and organizations in being more progressive and moving towards diversity. Presently she works at JENAWirtschaft Business Development.

 

If you want to participate, please register by 27 November 2020. Both international and German students of all subjects are welcome to join the workshop. The number of participants is limited to 15.
