Participants can look forward to:

  • an intercultural competence course including the exciting simulation game ‘Megacities’
  • two weeks from 12th May to 26th May 2025 filled with an unique intercultural experience
  • you will become part of a team of consultants designing a development plan for a building site

Who can participate?

  • International and German students from all disciplines and study programmes, seeking for a Bachelor's or Master's degree, are welcome to join the simulation game. No prior knowledge is required. Your creativity and willingness to think outside the box make this class special.  
  • The class is limited to 10 international students and 10 German speaking students from University of Applied Sciences Jena and University of Jena. 

Your benefits:

  • strengthen your intercultural and foreign language skills and/or prepare for studying abroad
  • students of SciTec, WI, SW, and GP of University of Applied Sciences (UAS) Jena: you obtain 3 ECTS (elective module)
  • students of University of Jena: you receive a Certificate of Participation
