Master in Public Policy (Erfurt, Germany 2015), Diploma in International Economic Affairs (Minsk, Belarus 2006).

Master in Public Policy (Erfurt, Germany 2015), Alternative Conflict Resolution and Mediation (León, Spain 2012) and Law Studies Diploma (UCAB, Venezuela 2008).
